We have both worked in hospitality in various establishments for over 25 years, from Michelin star, 4 Rosette establishments to cruise ships, hotels and brasseries. We believe passionately about great food, service and local produce. In our Gifford Cafe we aim to serve a high quality super tasty menu highlighting seasonal local ingredients in simple, handcrafted dishes served straight from our kitchen.
