We here at Lewis & Clarke artisan kitchen we pride ourselves in produce classic flavours with a modern twist. We combine delicious well-balanced flavours and textures to produce sweets to challenge even the most established sweet tooth.
Our Ice creams and Sorbets are all made locally in our Lewis & Clarke Artisan kitchen, East Lothian, using local Yester Farm artisan milk and cream. They are made with natural ingredients, sourced locally when possible and using no additives.
